I'm Alisa Artemova, a user researcher with a strong passion for usability, human-centered design, and fostering collaboration between users and developers. I've worked as a third-party researcher for diverse clients in the gaming industry and eCommerce. Throughout my experience, I've taken on leadership roles and provided assistance in numerous research projects for a wide range of titles, both published and unpublished.

I am passionate about understanding how and why people do what they do. No matter the company or the product, customer experience is what defines the success of both the end user and the company.
